How to Request Your Rasmussen Transcript or Diploma

Rasmussen University works with the National Student Clearinghouse, a secure 24/7 online order system, to provide your official transcripts. Visit the National Student Clearinghouse website, select Rasmussen University from the dropdown menu, and follow the instructions to place your request and gain detailed information on expected timelines.

Please note, current and former students may access and download an unofficial transcript through the Student Portal at no charge as long as their account remains active.

In the event your diploma needs to be replaced—whether it was lost, damaged or for some other reason—graduates may reorder their diploma by calling Student Operations at 952-230-3092. There is a fee to reorder your diploma, which is collected prior to your order being placed.
